Last updated September 1, 2026. Plain-language summary first, details below.
We store what you choose to tell the assistant about your family — mainly your kids' names (or nicknames) and ages, and short notes about topics you've discussed — so future conversations can pick up where they left off. Your messages are sent to OpenAI to generate replies. Only your account can see your own family's data day-to-day; the site administrator can also view account data through an internal dashboard, for support and moderation. You can edit or delete any remembered child, download everything we have on your family, or delete your whole account, any time, from Account settings.
Account info: your email address and password (stored as a one-way hash, never in plain text), or, if you sign in with Google/Facebook, the basic profile info those providers share (name and email) to create and identify your account.
What the assistant remembers about your family: children's names or nicknames and ages, a short list of topics you've discussed (e.g. "bedtime," "screen time"), and brief notes the assistant picks up from conversation. We deliberately don't extract or store full legal names, addresses, school names, medical/mental-health diagnoses, or anything related to a safety crisis into this stored record — that kind of detail is meant to stay in the conversation itself, not become a permanent, named record. A nickname or first name works just as well as a full name for personalizing replies, so we encourage using one.
Conversation content: the live back-and-forth in a chat session is sent to our AI provider to generate a reply (see "Third parties" below) but is not itself saved as a transcript on our server — only the structured facts described above are kept long-term.
Self-review data: if you use "Rate this session," the resulting scores/notes are stored against your account so we can spot patterns worth improving.
Basic technical data: things like signup/login timestamps, needed to run the account system and to keep the service secure (e.g. to detect abusive login attempts).
Solely to make the assistant's guidance personal and continuous across visits, to let you manage your own account, and to keep the service working and secure. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
OpenAI processes your chat messages (and the stored family context) via its API in order to generate the assistant's replies and to help identify what's worth remembering. Per OpenAI's own policy, API content isn't used to train their models, but it is retained by OpenAI for a limited period (commonly up to 30 days) for abuse monitoring, independent of how long we keep it on our side.
Google / Facebook are used only if you choose "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Facebook" — we receive your basic profile (name, email) to create or match your account, and nothing else is shared with them.
Render hosts the application and its database on our behalf.
Your own account only sees your own family's data — every part of the app is scoped so one family's information never appears in another's. The site administrator can view account data (including children's names/ages and topics/notes) through a separate, password-protected admin dashboard, for support, moderation, and improving the assistant — not for any other purpose.
Data stays until you remove it. From Account settings you can: edit or delete any individual remembered child (useful if a name or age was picked up wrong), download a copy of everything we have on your family, or permanently delete your entire account, which also deletes your children's info, remembered topics/notes, and self-review history right away.
Passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text), sessions use httpOnly cookies over HTTPS, and cross-account access is blocked at the database query level. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a password you don't reuse elsewhere and avoid entering anything here you wouldn't want stored, such as a child's full legal name.
This assistant is a tool for parents/guardians, not for children to use directly. Please don't have your child create an account or interact with the chat themselves, and only enter information about your child that you're comfortable having stored.
You can delete your own account and data at any time from Account settings. For any other question about this policy, contact kingavi26@gmail.com.
This policy may be updated as the app changes; the "last updated" date at the top will reflect that. This page is provided for transparency and isn't a substitute for legal advice.
